Rental Rates of Convention Hall

  • Rental for 400 guests, P 1,800.00/hour; P 2,400/hour for more than 400 guests.
  • Cost of electricity: P 60.00/hour in the morning and P 180/hour in the evening. Cost could spiral depending on the number of equipment used.
  • Caterer's fee (corkage fee for food and drinks): P 1,200.00.
  • Janitors and guards: P 1,200 for 400 people during the whole event; and P 3,000 for more than 400 people.
  • Rental of sound system: P 3,600 for minimum of three hours and P 1,050 per hour for succeeding hours.
  • Electrical charges for sound system: P 1,200 to P 3,600. P 1.050 /hour for the next succeeding hours.
  • Rental of tables and chairs: P 60.00 per table
  • Monoblock chair with full length cover: P 60.00
  • Monoblock chair without cover: P 7.00
  • Rental of electronic equipment:
    • - Overhead/ slide projector: P 120.00 / hr
    • - LCD projector w/ 7' x 10' screen: P 3,600.00
  • Rental of additional cooling system:
    • Coolmist: P 3,000.00 / 4 hrs.
    • Portable Air Cooler at 1,000.00 / unit Additional Stage: P 2,000.00
  • Excess hours are computed for additional fee. Billing starts one hour before the function.
