The UPAA is a voluntary organization committed to:

• Reach out to UP alumni, revitalize their intellectual and emotional ties with the University, and nurture in them the spirit of service and giving;
• Deliver programs and projects through which UP alumni can be of service to fellow alumni, to the University, and to the country; and
• Mobilize the resources needed to help fund the University for its academic pursuits and to finance the Association’s own operations and activities.

The UPAA strives to be a proactive, visible and sustainable organization that is:

• Connected to a broad base of enthusiastic and loyal alumni;
• Able to carry out relevant programs and projects on a sustained basis, and
• Positioned to generate ample resources through its projects and through funding support form alumni and other donors.
